“My Gemcuts linocut print series was inspired by the transformation that takes place from rough crystal to cut gemstone and the infinite patterns and symmetry found within. First I cut a gemstone using a mechanical process called faceting. I then reimagine the cut stones design through hand drawn images and unfamiliar compositions, after that using a relief hand printing process I create theses abstract representations of the original cut gemstone.”
Your print will be shipped in a protective biodegradable cellophane wrapping inside a rigid card-backed envelope or tube (depending on print size) so your print arrives to you in perfect condition.
